I am not Wiccan, but I would like to recommend to you Wiccan's World.
I found about Narcista when she had a regular clothing store - I bought a bustle skirt from her-. Not only the transaction was smooth and the shipment fast (even though the package came from the UK), she included with my order some incense sticks. It was the first time that an e-Bay seller did something more than fill my order, and I was impressed and very happy about it.
She is a very sweet lady, that took the time to write to me when she found that I wrote on Tribe.net about her shop to thank me.
She has changed her regular clothing shop to be a supplier of tunics and robes for Wiccan ceremonies. If they are the same quality as my skirt - and I am sure they are - you will be more than happy if you order from her.
